He exudes a feeling of safety, trust, and confidence that allows artists and colleagues to dig deep into their creative well in order to manifest high performance for the highest purpose. Ramon's over-riding motto is "To live and lead On Purpose." If ever there was someone who walks the walk, Ramon is such a one.

Ramon's depth and sensitivity comes from many sources and experiences. Born and raised in the Philippines of Spanish descent, Ramon grew up in an Asian core culture, with a European subculture, and in a society engulfed in an American macro-culture. He spent almost 7 years in a monastery. After leaving the monastery, he was awarded a Fulbright-Hays full scholarship that took him to the University of Minnesota where he earned a Ph.D. in Sociology and Family Therapy. He spent over 20 years practicing as a marriage and family therapist. In that role, he studied, up close and personal, the keys to developing the self inside the most sensitive and intimate settings of life.

From there, he expanded his practice to work with leaders, their organizations, and with high performers in the arts and in athletics. He has developed his own approach to self-mastery, organizational excellence, and high performance. He has authored several books, among which are: SELF-MASTERY: Mission and Meaning in Modern Life, a book on personal development. THE CONGRUENT LEADER: An Integral Model for the Evolution of Effective Leadership is his book on leadership. He also wrote THE LEADERSHIP RELATIONSHIP: The RISC Model for Building High-Impact Relationships. In this book, Ramon has taken the essence of those patterns that build relationships that nurture individuality and belonging in a way that feeds the purpose and the productivity aspects of life.

He has worked with leaders and organizations with great success not only in adding to their bottom lines but also in bringing meaning and purpose to their personal and professional lives. These are the experiences that contribute to the in-depth approach Ramon brings to leaders and their companies.
